Board of Governors
The Board of Governors elect from among themselves a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Clerk. The Board has the duties and powers necessary to operate and maintain the common areas, determine condominium fees to maintain the common property, collect common area charges, and adopt rules and regulations governing the use of the common areas. The Board meets regularly in the Clubhouse.
