EVENT DATE WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED UNTIL A RENTAL FEE OF $100.00 IS RECEIVED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100.00 IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Exception: All fees would be waived for residents wishing to use the Community Center for a bereavement gathering.
